November 2026 trade fairs in Tehran, Kish and nearby markets

Fairs running in November 2026 at Tehran's two main venues, Kish, Dubai, Oman, Erbil and Istanbul, with practical stand notes for each location.

November 2026 is a busy month. Tehran’s two main venues alone host eleven exhibitions, and Kish, Dubai, Muscat, Erbil and Istanbul all have shows that Iranian companies regularly take space at. If you are exhibiting at one of them and the stand design has not started, this list should help you work out how much time you really have.

Dates come from our fair calendar. Organisers do move dates, so confirm with them before you book freight or hotels.

Tehran International Fairground

The electricity show is the closest, about four weeks from today. A custom stand is still possible in that window if the design stays simple and gets signed off within a week. We would not attempt a two-storey structure for it.

Metallurgy tends to bring large, heavy stands, and metal samples weigh a lot. If you are showing heavy parts, tell us early so the platform and plinths are built for the load. Three shows open together on 17 November, which means crowded loading gates during build-up. The late-November group still has enough time for a properly developed design.

At the fisheries show, many stands run display fridges or freezers, and those need power around the clock, including overnight when the hall is closed. Mention this when you order power, and place the units so their warm exhaust does not blow against your stand walls. At the paint and coatings show, colour samples are judged under the lights, so use fittings with good colour rendering.

Shahr-e Aftab

The three food-service shows share a visitor base, and stands there often run coffee machines, ovens or cooking demos. Plan power, water and drainage from the first sketch, and order power by the deadline in the organiser’s technical manual. Any surface near food and drink should be wipeable. Light fabric and unsealed painted MDF stain on day one.

Shahr-e Aftab is a long way from central Tehran, and trucks and crews lose time on the road. For stands here we do more of the assembly in the workshop so the hall work stays short.

Kish

Kish Expo runs for a full week and the build plan is different from Tehran. Everything ships earlier, because getting freight to the island takes longer and anything left behind is hard to bring over on build-up day. We double-check the load list for Kish and carry spare fixings and lighting parts. As a rule, sign off a Kish design at least a week earlier than you would for a similar stand in Tehran.

Dubai and Oman

Gulf organisers review stand drawings closely, and their submission deadlines usually fall earlier than Tehran’s. A structure that passes easily at home may come back with questions about height, structural sign-off or electrical paperwork. Read each show’s technical manual on its own terms. For Project Oman and Gulfood Manufacturing in early November, building a custom stand in Iran and shipping it is no longer realistic. A modular system or a local build makes more sense.

Erbil and Istanbul

Erbil is within trucking distance for Iranian exhibitors, so the stand can be built in Tehran and driven over. Allow time at the border and have the cargo paperwork ready before the truck leaves. For Istanbul shows we work with our partner in Türkiye, Ramona Studio, so the stand is built locally and the freight from Iran drops out of the budget and the schedule.

Where to start

Count the weeks to your opening day. Under four weeks means a simple design and quick decisions. Six weeks or more leaves room for proper design work. Send us your hall plan and stand size and we will tell you plainly what can be done in the time left.

Your next fair —when and where?
