Frequently asked questions
Where in Iran do you build stands?
Mainly at the Tehran International Permanent Fairground, Shahr-e Aftab, Milad Tower and Iran Mall, and at fairs in other cities when needed. See our exhibition calendar for upcoming dates.
Do we need to come to Tehran before the fair?
No. The design, graphics and approvals are done online, and we send photos as the stand is built and installed.
Can the interpreter join us outside the fair?
Yes. The same interpreter can join you for meetings, factory visits and dinners during your stay.
Can you help with the invitation letter and visa?
We can help with the invitation letter and explain the steps of the application. Requirements depend on nationality, so we check them with you first.
Can you host us if we are not exhibiting?
Yes. Many of our guests come to Tehran for meetings or to visit a fair as visitors. We arrange the stay, the programme and the interpreter in the same way.
Who will be our contact person?
You have one contact person in Tehran for the whole project, reachable on WhatsApp before, during and after your trip.
