About this fair
HOSTECH is the fair for hotel, restaurant, café and patisserie equipment and technology, organised by Tüyap with the TUSİD association at Tüyap Fair and Congress Center in Istanbul, covering the full HORECA chain.
Visitors include hotel managers, industrial food producers, canteen operators, patisseries and bakeries, laundries and café owners. For an Iranian maker of ovens, commercial refrigeration or kitchen equipment, a stand laid out like a working kitchen, showing how units function together, draws more buyer attention than a row of products.
